Questions
Send your request and we reply within 24 hours with a price, timeline, a design note and a secure payment link. Nothing is charged until you pay through that link.
Your quote page shows the price and how to pay: through our Wise payment link or by bank transfer. Use your quote number as the reference. Larger pieces can be split into a deposit and a balance.
Every piece is hand-carved, so no two are identical. We follow the reference closely and send a drawing for approval before carving.
We carve in teak, mahogany and jak wood. Other woods are available on request.
Every piece is securely packed and sent by tracked courier. Shipping is included as a separate line in your quote.
