This policy explains what personal information we collect and how we use it.
1. What we collect
Your name, email address, shipping country and address, WhatsApp number if you give it, and the files and messages you send with a quote request.
2. How we use it
To prepare your quote, send payment links, carve and ship your order, and reply to your messages. We do not sell your information.
3. Payments
Payments are made through Wise or by bank transfer. We only see the payment amount and the reference you give, never your card details.
4. Photos of your piece
We only show your finished piece in our portfolio if you agreed to it on the quote form. You can withdraw this at any time.
5. How long we keep it
Order records are kept for up to 6 years for tax purposes. Quote requests that do not become orders are deleted after 12 months.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing [email protected].
