These terms apply to every quote, order and commission placed with The Zen Woodcrafts.
1. Quotes
Quotes are free and valid for 14 days. A quote covers the design, size, wood, finish and shipping described in it. Changes after acceptance may change the price.
2. Orders and payment
An order is confirmed when payment, or the agreed deposit, is received through the payment link in your quote. Prices are in US dollars.
3. Design approval
We send a drawing for approval before carving starts. Carving begins only after you approve it in writing by email or WhatsApp.
4. Handmade variation
Every piece is carved by hand from natural wood. Grain, colour and small details will differ from photos and from previous pieces.
5. Your artwork
You confirm that you have the right to use any logo, photo or design you send us. We do not reproduce trademarks without the owner’s permission.
